Ingredients
6 Potatoes Brocoli 4 Corn Cobs Mint Peas 300 grms Mustard Sauce Chicken Pieces Chicken Seasoning
Method
Marinade chicken for a few hours in the mustard sauce. Put chicken in a oven safe dish. Sprinkle chicken seasoning over chicken then pour remaining sauce over the chicken.
Peel the potatoes. Put them in a pot then put the brocoli and corn in the steamer part then set aside.
Cook the chicken for two hours at 200 degrees celcius turning once. 35 minutes before the chicken is done, cook the veges and serve.
