Beef, Onion and potato Sheppard’s pie
Ingredients
500g beef strips cut in to chunks 1/2 onion 2 tablespoons of sweet chilli sauce Half a jar of pasta sauce 4 larger potatoes 50g of Mozzarella cheese
Method
Start by cooking the potatoes in a big pot cook for 35 minutes. Once cooked strain all water out and mash in separate bowl. Wash the pot you used then start cooking the onion until tender. Add the meat and cook for15 minutes in that time grab a small bowl and mix the pasta sauce and sweet chilli sauce together and add to the beef mixture. Add the mixture in to a oven safe dish and spread it around until all corners are filled then top with the mashed potato and sprinkle with cheese
